Born from the desire to reinvent consulting in Life Sciences.
It all started around a table, somewhere between Lausanne and Copenhagen. Three passionate pharma professionals, three complementary career paths, one shared conviction: consulting could and should regain its meaning.
From these conversations came a simple idea: create a different consulting firm that combines expertise and authenticity, performance and proximity.
We had spent more than ten years traveling across Europe, from Belgium to Switzerland, through France and Denmark, developing strong networks, understanding the expectations of industry players, and above all discovering what was missing.
Thus Inova Consulting was born: a company founded on strong values, transparency, excellence, and human commitment.
Each project we undertake is a collective adventure where the rigor of consulting meets the warmth of human relationships. Because beyond numbers and processes, it is people who make the difference.

Co-founder & Head of Development
Daniel Descartes
An entrepreneur at heart, Daniel drives Inova's development with a resolutely international vision. After founding companies in the medical and healthcare sector, he continued his journey with over 8 years of experience in management consulting, notably in launching and establishing international subsidiaries.
Holding a Bachelor's degree from the University of London (Bayes Business School) and a CAS in Pharmaceutical Management from EPFL, he combines a deep understanding of Life Sciences challenges with business expertise. His role at Inova: identify strategic opportunities and build lasting partnerships.
Co-founder & Head of Development
Alain Guiraud
With over 12 years of experience in management consulting, IT, and clinical research, Alain brings extensive expertise in launching new subsidiaries of international consulting firms. He brings to Inova a comprehensive perspective on the development of technical and scientific organizations, combining strategy, operational structuring, and deep understanding of regulated environments.
Holding an MBA in Management of Bio-Industries (ESIEE Paris) and a certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris, he distinguishes himself by his ability to bridge business needs, innovation, and field execution. At Inova, he actively contributes to company growth by transforming strategic ambitions into concrete and high-performing projects.
Co-founder & Head of Finance Human Resources and Administration
Pierre-Benoît Bourcier
The organizational cornerstone of Inova, Pierre-Benoît structures the company with rigor, reliability, and team spirit. With over 15 years of experience in administration, finance, and human resources, he played a key role in the creation, establishment, and management of new subsidiaries of international engineering and clinical research companies.
A graduate of Grenoble École de Management with specialization in finance, management control, and accounting, certified Swiss HR Manager, he combines strategic vision with operational excellence. At Inova, he ensures the solidity of processes, regulatory compliance, and team well-being, convinced that sustainable performance rests above all on a healthy organization and engaged employees.
